Why shouldn't one talk about Islam when people are being abducted and converted to another religion?

Some of my Muslim friends and others I don't know don't seem to understand why anyone should be talking about Islam whenever cases involving Muslim boys abducting and forcefully converting young Christian girls to Islam are raised and I am forced to ask - why shouldn't one talk about Islam when people are being abducted and converted to another religion?
Until you are able to reference cases where young Nigerian Christian or Traditionalist boys abducted and converted young Muslim girls from Islam to Christianity or any African Traditional religion your argument is dead on arrival.
Or, do you think young Christian boys don't like Muslim girls out there?
